Standard Terms and Conditions

All sales and promotions issued or advertised by Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinic are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

Treatment packages are not transferable to another individual.

Treatment packages are not to be shared between clients or redeemed at one of our other clinics.

Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinics medical practitioners and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client is deemed not suitable.

Purchase Expiry

All prepaid treatments, single or packages are valid from 6 months from date of purchase.

Treatment packages of 6 or less sessions are valid for 6 months from date of purchase These include skin needling, medi-facials, medi-peels, anti-wrinkle package (50 units), dermal filler, skinbooster and any other procedures.

Treatment packages of 6 or more sessions, have an extended expiry period and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. These include laser hair removal packages, certain laser and lamprobe packages and 100 anti-wrinkle injection package.

Any complimentary treatments which are included in any of our packages/promotions MUST be used within 6 months of the package purchase date.

Any unused treatments will be forfeited after the expiry date, unless otherwise discussed with Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinics prior.

Changed Your Mind?

Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinics have a strictly NO REFUND policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.

Any deposits made for any skin/laser treatments and/or cosmetic procedures are non-refundable. For further info, please speak to our medical practitioners and technicians prior to making any purchases.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you pre-pay for treatments, you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to another individual, treatment areas or clinics.

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or to reschedule any appointment (48 hours’ notice for appointments on a Monday or in the case of a public holiday, where the clinic is closed the day before).

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will apply, payable on your following appointment.

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the treatment (per session) will be forfeited.

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, the refund will only be processed in the same method payment was made (e.g. credit card).

Series and packages:

• All standard laser hair removal packages must include a series of 6 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Series with 12 or more treatments are valid for a year or longer with consideration of the number of treatments in the series.
• Laser hair removal packages must be purchased as a pre-pay 6 or 12 pack.
• All standard facial and peel packages must include a series of 5 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase.
• All anti-wrinkle injection packages must include either a series of 50 (valid for 6 months from purchase) or 100 (valid for 12 months from purchase).
• All standard laser skin packages must include a series of 4 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase. Series with 5 or 6 treatments are valid for a year with consideration of the number of treatments in the series.

Consultations:

• Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinics medical practitioners and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
• Each client must have a complimentary consultation prior any treatment.
• NOTE: From time to time additional promotional terms may apply. A link to these additional terms and conditions will be available on our promotion page.

Lunar New Year VIP Bonus 2021

• Offer limited for first 50 clients only, valid till 31 January 2021.
• VIP Membership Card store credit can only be redeemed on FULL PRICE services.
