Standard Terms and Conditions

Prepayment/purchase of full amount is required prior to treatment.
Treatments purchased are not transferable to another individual.
Treatments purchased are not to be shared between clients or redeemed at one of our other clinics.
Skintech practitioners reserve the right to assess suitability and refuse treatment if a client is deemed not suitable.
Skintech reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing our treatment services or products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
You may be required to show proof of vaccination upon arrival at our clinics.
Should you feel unwell or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, kindly do not attend your appointment and call us to reschedule immediately.
Should you need an interpreter during your appointment, please bring along a friend or family member to help with translation.
For health and safety reasons, minors are not able to enter the consultation room or be left in the waiting room unattended. Kindly bring along a friend or family member to look after any children that may be with you on the day.
We do not tolerate any abusive or rude behaviour within our organisation. Please treat our team with respect.
We reserve the right to conduct a random bag check before your departure should we suspect possible theft.

Prepaid single sessions or treatment packages of 5 or less sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. These include skin needling, facials, peels, skin treatments and any other eligible services.
Treatment packages of 6 or more sessions have an extended expiry period and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These include laser hair removal packages and certain laser and skin treatment packages.
Any complimentary treatments which are included in any of our packages/promotions MUST be used within 6 months of the package purchase date.
Any unused treatments will be forfeited after the expiry date, unless otherwise discussed with Skintech prior.

Skintech has a strictly NO REFUND policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
Any deposits made for skin, laser or cosmetic skin treatments are non-refundable. For further information, please speak to our practitioners prior to making any purchases.
If you pre-pay for treatments, you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to another individual, treatment areas or clinics.
You agree to these terms when purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, the refund will only be processed in the same payment method used at the time of purchase, such as credit card.

1 working day, or 24 hours’ notice, is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. For appointments on a Monday, or in the case of a public holiday where the clinic is closed the day before, 48 hours’ notice is required.
If you cancel within 1 working day of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.
The $20 cancellation fee will be charged to your nominated credit card for online bookings, or payable on your next visit.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the treatment session may be forfeited.

You may make a booking request with a nurse or skin therapist via our online booking portal, but this is NOT confirmation of your appointment. It does, however, help you secure an available slot.
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation within 1 to 2 working days if your booking request has been approved. If not, you will receive a call to reschedule. This helps us ensure you are booked with the appropriate team member to address your specific skin concerns.
You will be required to add a credit card on file. A $20 fee will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, under 1 working day.
Doctors’ consultations cannot be booked via our online portal. A nominal $30 fee applies.

All standard laser hair removal packages must include a series of 6 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Series with 12 or more treatments are valid for a year or longer, with consideration of the number of treatments in the series.
Laser hair removal packages must be purchased as a pre-pay 6 or 12 pack.
All standard facial and peel packages must include a series of 5 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase.
All eligible treatment packages must meet the package terms and validity period specified at the time of purchase.
All standard laser skin packages must include a series of 4 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase. Series with 5 or 6 treatments are valid for a year, with consideration of the number of treatments in the series.

Skintech practitioners reserve the right to assess suitability and determine whether treatment is appropriate for the client.
Each client must have a consultation prior to any treatment.
Consultations with doctors are a non-refundable $30 charge per session.
Consultations with nurses and skin therapists are free of charge.
Follow-up or review consultations requested by our practitioners are free of charge.

Offers are available for a limited time only, unless sold out earlier.
Available at Skintech Cosmetic Clinic locations only, unless otherwise specified.
Promotions apply to selected treatments, services or products only, as outlined in the relevant promotional material.
Treatments and services are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. Not all clients may be eligible.
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, packages, memberships, loyalty rewards or credit offers, unless otherwise stated.
Promotional pricing applies only to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure promotional pricing.
Complimentary or bonus inclusions are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other treatments or products.
Skintech credit, where offered, is promotional credit and is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed on eligible Skintech treatments within the stated validity period.
Missed appointments, late cancellations or failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer or treatment session.
Any prepaid promotional treatments or packages must be used within the stated validity period.
Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
Skintech Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
